You download the documents as a file and import them in POHODA through its XML import. Ideal if you hand over your accounting records in monthly batches.

A program on the computer with POHODA hands the documents over by itself, straight into the right accounting unit. Nothing to download or import.

How to connect Thweite with POHODA

Open a Thweite account
Add the companies whose documents you want to send to POHODA. Companies are unlimited.

Install Thweite Connector
On a Windows computer or server where you have POHODA. You sign in to it with your Thweite account.

Choose the companies it will serve
In Thweite open Account Settings → Connector, click "Workspaces" and tick the companies. The Connector finds the accounting unit in POHODA by IČO.

Set up Thweite to match POHODA
With one click you take over the number series, bank accounts and cash books. You carry on where you left off in POHODA.

What you ask about POHODA
Where does the Connector have to run?
On a Windows computer or server where POHODA is installed. It hands documents over to POHODA through its XML import.
I am an accountant with many clients. Do I need several Connectors?
No. One Connector serves every company you tick for it in Thweite. It picks the accounting unit by IČO.
Can I do it without the Connector?
Yes. You download the documents as an XML file and import them in POHODA through Súbor → Dátová komunikácia → XML import/export.
What if I correct a document in POHODA?
A document that is already in the accounts you correct in POHODA. Then you update it in Thweite with one button.
Will I see in Thweite whether an invoice is paid?
Yes. The Connector reads the payments booked in POHODA, and you see them on the invoice in Thweite.
POHODA is a product of STORMWARE s.r.o. Thweite is not a STORMWARE product and works with POHODA through its public XML import.
